Everyone! Julie here, sharing a Mixed Media
Christmas card designed with the brand new Artistic Outpost (AO) background stamp, Christmastime (available from Our Daily Bread Designs).
I love this vintage background
of ornaments and swirls with the text and decided to heat
emboss the image in gold, add rose distress inks for the background wash and
distress the edges before mounting onto the white card base.
I used a shimmer pen
for the interior of the ornaments and added a few gold cord bows along with rhinestones to finish off
this quick Christmas card.
I love that the Christmastime background stamp creates basically a one layer card so depending on your embellishments, no additional postage would be needed for mailing:-)
